With Bupa Members First Platinum, more will be paid towards other dental services. You’ll also enjoy significant savings of 60% to 100% back on most other dental services (policy dependent). Please note, however, that if you’re on an older Bupa policy, you might not have access to the benefits of Members First.
How to Determine If You’re Eligible

Be Aware of Certain Limits
With Bupa Members First Platinum, there are limits of how often you can claim services. Bupa bases these limits on usual clinical practice. You can only request specific services a certain number of times within a given period. For example, Bupa pays a claim for a dental checkup once every six months, except where clinical needs are different. For instance, after oral surgery or radiotherapy, more frequent checkups can help minimise risks associated with the operation or treatment.
Waiting Periods and Yearly Limits Apply
If you’ve recently begun or updated your cover, you may have a waiting period before you can access all the benefits of your new cover.
